Dr Katherine Deane is an Associate Professor in Healthcare Research and an Access Ambassador. Mr Brendan (Dan) Burrill is the Lead Technician for Physics and Electronics Lab, both from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England.
They presented a workshop to Heriot-Watt University which was recorded. They have agreed to share their slides as well. This resource is valuable for institutions looking to up their game and improve accessibility. Katherine and Dan present the case for why the investment should be made and practical steps for the immediate-, medium-, and long-term.
The recording was taken of an in-person workshop, so the sound quality is not as good as we would hope.
